What got HIM into Crossfit

I originally joined a gym in Humboldt to be coached in powerlifting but then Covid hit and all competitions were cancelled. Shortly after I found myself getting tricked into doing CrossFit workouts. I immediately loved the challenge and intensity of CrossFit workouts. Haven’t looked back since.

Hand stand push ups and clean and jerk.
