At CrossFit 306, we pride ourselves in meeting people where they are at so that they can become the healthiest versions of themselves. We offer a variety of group classes, a weightlifting program, a 6-week challenge and now we are excited to offer a 3-month Level Up Bootcamp with Coach Kathee.
Who is this bootcamp for? This is a perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to have accountability and join a group of people who have similar goals. Coach Kathee is a level 2 CrossFit coach who is encouraging and supportive to all athletes. She is a competitive weightlifter and has a ton of knowledge and experience. Most importantly, Kathee makes everyone feel welcome and has a way to bring the best out of her athletes.
Classes will start on September 15th and run through November 15th on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30pm. No CrossFit or weightlifting experience is necessary to join.
