Learning to lift safely

Our teen learn to lift program was created to help teen build strength and confidence through proper lifting mechanics. The program runs for one 90 minutes twice times a week for three weeks.  In the program, teens will learn the importance of quality movement as they perform squats, presses, and eventually graduate to more dynamic lifts like the snatch and clean and jerk. The teens will also use movements such as push ups, sit-ups, box jumps, and plank holds, to build strong body awareness.

Classes will run Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.

The program is 3 weeks long and runs from June 11th until June 25th.

You must between the ages of 14-18.

The cost to register your child is $65, with no obligation to continue.  The program is capped at 8 teens to ensure a high quality teaching environment.
