And that's that, West Regionals 2016. A whirlwind of a weekend in Portland, Oregon. Had an absolute blast competing against some of the top guys in the sport crossfit. This experience wouldn't have been possible without the crew at @reebokcrossfit306. I want to thank every single person at 306 for the support and the extra push. This year was one of the best yet and it is because of the members of our little community that push and force eachother to become better. Thank you 306 and all the people I had backing me for this years #Westregional. I appreciate all the texts of support and congrats all the way and all who purchased a #badasswodwear shirt. Thanks to @jaycain306 for all the programming and the 306 members for staying late and helping me finish it all.
