TJ will officially be our Sales and Operations manager along with being our dedicated full time morning coach. He will be covering the 6,7 and 10 am classes. TJ's background makes him ideally suited for his new position.
He has a educational background that includes courses in human anatomy, musculature and skeletal functioning. He has spent the last few years as a fire rescue captain developing key leadership capabilities. Through his tenure as fire rescue captain he has also delivered and facilitated many courses and has become an excellent instructor in the process.
We are privileged at Reebok CrossFit 306 to have someone of TJ's background and experience join our team.
