Tomorrow we will have partner/team WODs at 10 and 11. The 9 and noon class wil be regular individual WODs. I will help create the teams and partner people up for the workouts tomorrow, come on in for a ton of CrossFit Fun!

20 air squats
20 box jump-overs 24"/20"
20 air squats
20 toes-to-bars
