Weightlifting Day 2:

Part A: Full clean + 1 front squat + jerk

Part B: 1 Power snatch + 1 hang full snatch

Part C: Bench Press 5X5 - 60%-80%

Part : GHD sit ups 4 sets (12-20 reps)
