1 power snatch
1 full snatch
Go up in weight every two rounds
Then immediately go into a 6 min EMOM of
1 full snatch
 
A: 1 Clean + 1 Power jerk + 1 Split Jerk MAX    
B: Complex of MAX x5 sets @ 80%      
C: Snatch Pull off Blocks 5x2 @90 % then 6x1 @ 110%    
D:
