"The Bruce"

Tomorrow's WOD will be a new Hero WOD "The Bruce". This WOD will be done at all of our morning classes and opened to anyone that wishes to partake, whether you are a current member or not.

In memory of Bruce Gordon who passed on 09/29/2017 at the age of 54.

Wearing a 20lbs vest (if possible) perform the following:

54 calories on the rower
29 push ups
17 squats
9 push press at 135/95lbs

3 rounds for time, one for each of his immediate family, Chris, James, and Jill.
