Christmas Comes twice, the CF GAMES OPEN has arrived!

The CrossFit Games Open is back for its third season.  Th Open is the first stage in qualifying for the CF Games World championships.  Last year with only a few months of experience under our belts our team produced the following results.

1. 3rd in participation rate for the Canada West region.
2. 4th overall at the conclusion of the Open
3. 7th at regionals
4. 1st Place male for the Open 
5. 2 Top 12 finishes for females.

This year the Open is bigger then ever.  CrossFit HQ is expecting about 200 000 people to participate in the Open.  This is your chance to see how you stack up against the WORLD.  Our goals are straightforward.  Improve on our standings from last year in all categories, and qualify our team to the World Championships.  At 306 our depth is our strength.  Let's show the World how hard we've been preparing.  So throw your name in, register, and contribute to our team score.  We are at our best when we push against each other and support each other.
