Open Gym Time

As our membership continues to grow and develop we are constantly looking for ways to provide the best opportunities for everyone to reach their fullest potential.  In the last six weeks we have made the following changes -

1.  Introduced a dedicated full time Oly coach and program
2.  Integrated more mobility into our weekly WODS.
3.  Changed some of our progressions.

Now we would like to introduce another change - OPEN GYM TIME -

Open gym will be schedule from 10AM - 11AM  on Saturdays and again from Noon- 1PM
                                                      Sundays will be from 9AM - 10AM 

This will also be indicated on our schedule with the words "Open" after the time slot.
Regular classes will be held at 9AM, and 11AM on Saturdays, and 10AM and 11AM on Sundays.

So what is Open Gym time?  Open gym time is an opportunity for you to come in and work on whatever it is you want to work on.  Whether that is improving your double unders, bar muslce ups, or you want to hit that WOD that you may of missed earlier in the week.  Maybe you just want to come early and do mobility for an hour, your call.  All Open gym time slots will be supervised by a certified coach.
