Nutritional Seminars

We will be hosting 3 nutritional seminars this summer.  Back by popular demand and for those that missed the first sesions, we will be hosting 2 different intro sessions.  These are for anyone looking to learn more about paleo as a lifestyle.  We have teamed up with Whole9Life and put together a manual that walks you through the paleo lifestyle and helps to answer any questions you might have.  We are lucky enough to have Sam Mitchell to head up these seminars.  Not only is she a nutrition guru, she has her masters in nutritional science, is an accomplished athlete and has great tips and advice on improving our diet.  

The intro sessions will be held:

Saturday, July 20th - 1:30 - 3:30pm
Sunday, July 28 - 2:30 - 4:30pm 

We will also be hosting a 2 part series - "Eating for Athletic Performance" 

Part 1 - Saturday, August 10th - 1:30 - 2:30
Part 2 - Saturday, August 17th - 1:30 - 2:30

Here, we will talk about how to figure out your daily nutritional needs, supliments, proteins, getting lean and all that good stuff.  

The cost is $50 per session.  Please sign up at front reception.  If you have non-member friends or family that would like to attend, they are more than welcome.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask Rebecca.
