This Saturday Reebok CrossFit 306 will play host to the biggest PowerLifting Provincial Championships ever held in Saskatchewan. On top of being a host we also will have 12 athletes competing. Of those 12 athletes we have a legitimate shot of having half of those meet national standards and earn the right of competing at the 2014 National Championships in St-Catherine’s Ontario. On top of the possibility of qualifying some athletes to nationals, we will have a few of our lifters look to break some provinicial records. Kent Brown, Chelsea Sveinbjornson, and Jessie Buydens will all be eyeing provincial records.
The action starts at 9AM on Saturday and will run all day long. As such there will be no classes on Saturday, and the 7PM class on Friday will be cancelled to allow the facility to be prepared for the next day's competition.
