For 10 rounds - go up by feel and only after successful lifts, start at 50% of your 1 RM snatch

Weightlifting Week 1 Day 2

Part A: 1 snatch high pull +1 full snatch +1 OHS

Part B: 1 Full clean + 2 squats + 1 jerk

Part C: Strict Press 3-3-3-2-2

Part D: GHD sit ups and back extensions - 2 sets of each for max reps
