Part A: 1 snatch high pull +1 full snatch +1 OHS
Part B: 1 Full clean + 2 squats + 1 jerk
Part C: Strict Press 3-3-3-2-2
Part D: GHD sit ups and back extensions - 2 sets of each for max reps
