7 rounds of:
Max calories on the rower for 30 seconds
Directly into 7 rounds of:
30 DU and AMRAP T2B, 

Directly into 7 rounds also of 30 seconds of 

10 power cleans 135/95 and AMRAP Bar hop Burpees. 

 Score = calories + T2B + burpees.
