For 25 minute maintain the following:
Odd minute - 10 KBS 2/1.5 and 5 C2B
Even Minute - 10 Goblet squats 2/1.5 and 5 Hand release push ups
A: On the 2 minutes, clean and jerk at increasing loads until you find your max.
B: Test your 3RM Back squats
