Saturday's WOD

As an individual complete the following,
2 RFT
400M Run
20 36"/28" Box Jump Over
25 Dumbell Full Cleans 35/25
50 DU
30 Steps of lunge

As a team complete the following
2 RFT
400M Run, all team members run together, once all athletes are back at their box then, one person starts on the
BOX Jumps Over 36"/28"
Once that person completes they move to the next station the
DB Full cleans, athlete 2 starts on BJ Over, this goes on, until all athletes have moved through the ,
BJ, DB cleans, DU, and lunges,
The rule is that nobody can move until the athlete in front of them has moved on to the next station.  Everyone must run together.
