On the first minute,1,1, second minute 2,2, third minute 3,3...etc
1,2,3,4,5,6,..... SDLHP 135/95
1,2,3,4,5,6,...... Push -up
Once you can not complete the allocated set in the minute, drop down to 70% of your weight on the SDLHP and convert your push ups to sit-ups and remain at that number of reps for the remainder of the WOD.
