Teamwork

So I spent a few hours at the theatre last night enjoying "Strawberry Shortcake", one of the many thrills of having three daughters.   While watching my kids dance in the aisle and keeping an eye on the onstage theatrics, a beautiful message was delivered through the production, one that I wanted to relay to our community.  The theme of the play was around everybody having something to offer, and learning from those that have special skills instead of everyone trying to do it "All by myself".  I've always been a firm believer that your dentist should have perfect teeth, your financial adviser be rich, and your CrossFit coach to be super fit.  Now if we dig in to just CrossFit, the truth is CrossFit by and large requires expert knowledge across so many domains, from nutrition, to gymnastic, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, kettle bells, mobility....etc, that it will take a lifetime to master it all.  I've been able through lifelong learning to become very knowledgeable in most of those areas making me well suited for my current role.  However there are people within our own community that excel at some components of CrossFit.

As such if you are currently struggling with some aspect of CrossFit, e.i. those dam Muscle Ups, let me know and we can get you to spend  some time with someone within our community that has a mastery of your current area of struggle.

Examples on how we have brought in experts include :
a National team member Olympic lifter for a weekend to further improve our lifts, we are currently working with key members of the Saskatoon Power Lifting  community to bring up our Power lifts.  Sam Mitchelle who possess a Masters Degree in Nutrition has hosted nutritional seminars with more to come.  My goal is to put the best people in front of you to ensure you can attain all of your health and CrossFit goals.

If we work as a team, learn and support each other, we will reach unprecedented heights in health and fitness.
In health,
Jason
