This weekend Reebok 306 hosted the Sweat Rx Prairie Regional's. The competition started with the Masters athletes on Friday night and the excitement would grow throughout the weekend. On the Masters ladies side, Sarah Robbins would edge out Chris Gordon to take the first place spot. Chris had won the first WOD,but Sarah would proved up to the challenge and had impressive performance throughout the tournament. The final standings on the Masters ladies side ended as such:
1. Sarah robbins
2. Chris Gordon
3. Katherine Kawula
The master's men traded top spots a few times. Corey Borelien won the first WOD, Stephane Gautreau after posting a 185lbs Snatch would win event 2, Bruce Gordon would rely on his iron man background to win event 3. After all the events were done, the final standings saw Corey Borelien take home the top prize. Final standings were:

2. Bruce Gordon
3. Stephane Gautreau
The team RX would be next. It would be a classic throw down between Cujo Conditioning from Lloydminster and 306. The athletes would battled it out head to head style, 306 would eventually claim the crown, the 1000$ cash prize, and hold the title of Sweat RX Prairie Regionals Champs.
The scale teams would go on Sunday. Excitement was in the air as numerous teams battled all day for the incredible prizing sponsored by Kaizen Supplements and GNC. When the dust settled Team WOO would edge out Thrusting Thunder to claim top spot. Team black from Cujo Conditioning would claim the third place spot.
