Weightlifting Program:
Week 3 Day 1

A: 2 OHS from rack go up by 5-10 lbs increments. Go up as long as you hit one of two sets.
B: Full clean and jerk, go up to 85% of your 1 RM, hit it for 10 sets.
C: 3 sets of 20 GHD sit-ups

D: Squats 1X6 at 60%, 1X4 at 70%, 1X2 at 80%, 1X6 at 65%, 1X4 at 75%, 4X2 at 85%
