A: Snatch Pull + 2 Hang Snatch x 10 MAX 80% (1+2x10)  
B: Push Press 10x3 @ 65% of C & J    
C: Jerk Dips 10x2 @110% of C & J    
D: Front Squat 6x5 @77.5%
