Western University - BSc Honours Specialization in kinesiology before moving on to the college of chiropractics.

I chose my career path initially out of a passion / interest for how the human body works. This lead me to Kinesiology. Chiropractic came after I interned with a Sports Specialist Chiropractor in University and realized how beneficial it can be and the appreciation he received from his patients along with the joy he got out of helping others. I more recently decided to coach fitness classes because after almost a decade of post-graduate education one cold hard fact remains true. The biggest return on investment in terms of longevity of health & independence and absolute best thing anyone can do for themselves is EXERCISE! That being said, you need to understand there is no one size fits all. Find something you love to do, something that motivates you and gets you active, and do it often. This is a message I constantly drive home to my patients to empower them to take an active role in their health. Very rarely should a condition require a patient to indefinitely rely on someone to passively “make them better”. The most powerful therapeutic option any clinician has is the ability to give their patients the confidence to realize they can get better. A positive mindset & the belief of future wellness is the single most important factor in healing for most musculoskeletal conditions.
