Well, everyone should get their kits today or tomorrow. If you have Valentine's Day plans, please be sure to start on Wednesday, it will make things a lot easier for you. So, I am on day #3 and it has been tough, but gets easier every day. I had a bit of a headache on Saturday and Sunday, but nothing crazy. I haven't been very creative when it comes to my meals and salad with tuna has been my meal of choice so far. I do find that I am pretty hungry, so I keep a bag of baby carrots handy for snacking. They have minimal calories, but are also satisfying. If you have a sweet craving in the first week...try frozen grapes. They are super sweet and great to have on hand.
