50 meters of farmer's carry (two plates of 45 or 25)

40 DU

30 air squats

2 rope climbs

Strength Work:

Warm up with 20 WB and 10 sit ups for three rounds.  Finish off with some mobility work.

For squat, bench, and Deadlift.  Establish your 5RM.  If it exceeds 82.5% of your current 1 RM, then adjust your theoretical max up, for the next 5 weeks!

Finish off with max stones over the shoulder in 2 minutes!
