Part A: Pwr snatch - work up to heaviest then back off 10/5 kilos and hit 2 Pwr Snatch on the minute for 5 minutes
Part B:1 Pwr clean + 1 Jerk
Part C - Front squats Squats: 10X2 - 2 at 60, 2 at 70, 2 at 80, 4 at 90 %
Part D: GHD Back extension - weighted for 3 sets of 15
Part E: Bench Press 5X5 at 75%
