1 on the first minute, 2 on the second minute, 3 on the third minute
1 Curtis P = 1 clean, a left lunge, a right lunge, a push press
As soon as you can no longer fit in your allocated Curtis Ps, you must stay at that number until the 15th  minute, then the group must complete a 400M run.
