Are you prepared for the Open?

Athletes are always nervous for the Open.  I believe that the best way to feel confident is to focus on your preparation.  Preparing for the Open requires a ton of variance in your program to ensure that all possible movements, and time domains have a chance to be explored and tried.  We have a motto at 306, "Victory Loves Preparation".  So how did 306 prep for this Open or even specifically for this WOD?  Well only a few weeks ago I programmed a WOD that took in excess of 20 minutes and it had as the key movement OH lunge steps at 95/65.  So relax 306, you got this!
