Saturday's Festivities!

This Saturday we will be running our first donation Wod for Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. Children are our future, so why not wod for an even greater purpose and you could possibly make a difference in a child's life! We will be running our regular class times on Saturday 9-10-11-12, so come on in for your workout and make a donation! All the money we raise will go to the Children's Hospital Foundation. See you all Saturday!

Get your team together

Hey guys,

As we will have four teams competing in the prarie regionals I wanted to give everyone an opportunity to work together to build some synergy and get further aquainted with their temmates.  As such next weekend will be team WODs, so get your team together and come and push yourself against other teams.  Strategy and heart is always key. Have fun with it.

Just keeps on Growing!

As our membership keeps on growing, your coaches are looking for ways to continue to deliver the exceptional coaching that 306 has become known for.  As such, we will be adding more classes to serve you better.  The new classes effective next week will be as follows:
Regular WODs : Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9AM
Olympic Lifting Classes : Wednesday's at 7PM until 8:30PM

Thanks Everyone

So we are off.  Today Laura, Courtney, Rebecca, Aaron, Brett, Ty and myself are all off to represent Reebok CrossFit 306 at the Canadian CrossFIt Regional in Vancouver.  The Regionals are the second step after the Open to qualify for the CrossFit Games.  As a new gym to have qualified a full team plus an individual is an incredible feat.  Considering that 66 000 athletes began the Worldwide Open in February and that only 2000 remain at the regional level, this further brings validity to the quality of our athletes, coaches and our community.  The only way that winning teams are built is when they have a great community behind them.  I know for a fact that since our inaugural day on Dec 1st we were building something special.  As we had add more members to our community on a daily basis we have stuck to our pricinples of community and technical mastery above all else.  Thanks everyone for pushing everyday and making 306 my favorite place to spends most of my waking hours.

As our coaches will be gone through the weekend, Ryan and Corey have offered to step in and take over the coaching responsibilities for Thursday and Friday.   Ryan and Corey have full time carreers and many other commitments so for them to help us out is greatly appreciated.

If you are interested on following our athletes progress through the weekend you can follow us on Facebook.   Stef Hughs, a marketing guru by day, and a CrossFitting Socialite by night has offered to keep the updates frequent for us.

Thanks everyone and we will see you on Monday.
