1. AMRAP - Lateral push ups - from plank walk five steps left + 1 push ups + five steps right
2. AMRAP - Power lunges - drop lunge and drive up to high knee
3. AMRAP - DB hang clean to push jerk

Triple Shot

1 round of 48 DB snatch 50/35 (alternating hands on every rep) and 12 strict pull ups
rest exactly 3 minutes
then 2 rounds of 24 DB OH Lunge step and 12 HSPU,

and finish with 3 rounds of 12 OH Squats (holding your DB overhead) and 12 T2B.
