Partner WOD on a Tuesday!
In teams of two - both partners working at the same time you must complete the following -
Row 5/4km - and
20 rounds of - 3 MU, 9 KBS at 1.5/1, 18 lunge steps holding the KB overhead.
Athletes must switch every 500/400m.
Only one rower per team
Once either the work or the row is done both athletes can complete the remaining work switching as needed.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Minute one 10/8 cal row
Minute two 10 empty bar thruster
Minute three 10 burpees to a 25 lbs plate
Minute 4 rest
Add one cal, rep, or burpee to each minute on round 2, and so on and so forth.
Ultimate goal is to finish the round of 20, and live to celebrate:)
*Coaches notes - scale your athletes so they get at least 7 rounds = 28 minutes
