Accumulate 500 points as quickly as possible using the following scale:
1/2 point: squat, walking lunge, double under
1 point: push up, sit up, ball slam, box jump (20/24"), kettlebell swing (1/1.5 pood)
2 points: pull up, burpee, wall ball (16/20 lb)
3 points: L-sit pull up, hspu, box jump (30/36")
4 points: bar muscle up
5 points: turkish get up (20/35 lb), ring muscle up
50 points: run 400m, row 500m
